What is the Loyalty Campaign?
We reward the trust of our returning customers with loyalty points, that can be exchanged for money.
How to earn loyalty points?
Buy one of our productsin the webshop as a registered customer, and we will reward you with loyalty points for your purchase.
How and when can you use your loyalty points?
Your loyalty points are always calculated by our system after your purchase, and you can easily use them during your next online purchase when choosing the payment method.
How many loyalty points are there after the value of the purchased products?
5% of the gross price of the purchased products will be credited in the form of points.
What is the value of a loyalty point?
1 point = 1 EUR
Example:
Product price: Gross EUR 30
Loyalty points for the product: 1,5 points, which corresponds to EUR 1,5.
How long are loyalty points valid for?
Loyalty points can be redeemed within 180 days after acquisition. After that, loyalty points expire and are deleted!
The process of redeeming loyalty points:
If you have a positive loyalty point balance, you can use these points to pay in the Web Store. You can check this in your profile under the "Discounts" tab.
At the end of the purchase, when choosing the payment method, you can choose whether or not you want to use your collected points for your current purchase using a check box in the bottom line.
There is currently no limit, if you choose to use your points, all points will be used. If you have more points than the value of the current purchase, you can use the remaining points for the next purchase.
The points can only be used to settle the purchase price if the value of the basket is at least 12 EUR.
Loyalty points cannot be used to offset shipping costs.
