Original Ballet Foot Stretch

Ballet Foot Stretch is a toe stretching device, a new innovation for aesthetically stretched and developed feet. Package contents:
• Tip extension tool, made of wood
• Silicone fixing device: narrow and wide version
• 2 rubber supports (use optional)

• Description in HungarianInstructions for use:
1. Pull the entire length of the silicone fastener onto the shaped end of the stretcher
2. Before inserting your foot, roll down the rubber with both hands, making sure it is even
3. Place your foot between the rubber and the wood, as if you were tucking it into a sock or shoe. Place your toes as deep as possible in the created gap - right foot stretch: place your foot on the right side of the stretching tree: - left foot stretching: place your foot on the left side of the stretching tree
4. Roll the rubber up on your entire foot, with both hands, evenly
5. As soon as the rubber is on your foot, adjust your heel to the correct position: - right heel to the left side of the recess - left heel to the right side of the recess. IMPORTANT! Your foot should be comfortably positioned under the rubber and the sole should follow the contours of the stretching device!
6. Move the handle of the stretching device inwards, this rotating movement helps to form the so-called swallow foot position (cou de pied)
7. Slowly extend your knees as you feel the top of your foot and ankle stretch and tighten. IMPORTANT! Do not stretch your knees immediately, gradualness is recommended! Let your feet get used to the stretching device!
8. In order to stretch safely, always perform the exercise sitting or lying on the floor.
9. If necessary, place the rubber support - under your sole - behind your Achilles - in both places if justified.
10. When you have finished the exercise, roll the rubber off the tree with both hands and massage your feet!
